Rothenburg is a small town in the Franconia region of Bavaria, which is the best-preserved walled town in Germany. Both Christmas stores are decorated with the Christmas mood besides selling the Christmas ornaments.
Käthe Wohlfahrt is the most well-known Christmas store, located near Rothenburg's Marktplatz which provides tour to visit the museum as well as selling the world's largest selection of traditional German Christmas ornaments at the store and over the internet.
