If you love and admire at unique architecture or interested to learn about other culture then, you should visit Tran Quoc Pagoda which is also known as Chùa Trấn Quốc. Tran Quoc Pagoda is situated on an island between the two most romantic lakes of Hanoi namely, West Lake and Truc Bach Lake.

Tran Quoc Pagoda was began to build on the bank of Red River in 541 and completed in 545 under the reign of King Ly Nam Dee (544-548). Then, Khai Quoc was moved to Kim Ngu (Golden Fish) Islet and was renamed as Tran Quoc Pagoda (National Defence) in the early 17th century, under the reign of King Le Kinh Tong (1600-1618).

You will be mesmerized with the amazing skills and technology used to build the pagoda in early generations.
